As the agency behind the branding of Midtown Jerusalem, we worked on shaping the identity of a major mixed-use development by Israel Canada, located on the historic grounds of the former Sha’are Zedek Hospital on Jaffa Street. The project brings together residential towers, hotels, offices, retail and public institutions, creating a new urban center in the heart of Jerusalem. Inspired by the city’s historic streets and stone architecture, the development blends contemporary urban living with Jerusalem’s unique character.
Dubnov 4 is set in one of Tel Aviv’s most coveted cultural corridors, moments from Habima, the Cameri, the Museum and Sarona, redefining what it means to live at the center of it all. The project introduces a new urban landmark — a high-rise, mixed-use tower that seamlessly integrates residential living, workspaces, and commercial layers into one cohesive experience. It creates a refined, vertical lifestyle where culture, business, and everyday life converge — offering a dynamic, connected environment that reflects Tel Aviv at its most innovative, sophisticated, and forward-thinking.

As the studio behind the design of the Vertical City project, we worked on shaping the identity of a major mixed-use development by Israel Canada Group in Ramat Gan. Located in the
heart of the Bursa District, the project combines offices, long-term rental housing, student residences, public buildings, and retail, with exceptional access to major transport hubs. Our work reflects the project’s urban intensity, accessibility, and contemporary character, positioning it as a key destination for young families and students, in collaboration with the government initiative Dira Lehashkir.

Our work included defining and refining the brand language across key touchpoints, while creating the company’s first corporate image campaign — establishing a new narrative for one of the country’s most influential real estate brands.
